This blog is all about women and weight training, health, weight loss and fitness. I am writing this blog for women of all ages, but especially to encourage middle-aged and older women to incorporate weights in their exercise routine. I'm not a doctor, trainer or physiotherapist, but I'm a great believer in the benefits of weight-bearing and weightlifting exercise, good nutrition and supplementation.
