The sense of achievement is fantastic when you see your strength increase. And physically, you feel great after weight training (the endorphins kicking in may also help with this).
This blog is all about women and weight training, health, weight loss and fitness. I am writing this blog for women of all ages, but especially to encourage middle-aged and older women to incorporate weights in their exercise routine.
